Once u submit the request for an exchange/return, it will be processed by our logistics partner. It takes 3-5 work days to process your request for return/exchange.
As of 1 Feb 2018, all exchanges will be made through Store Credit. An Anothersole customer service representative will contact you to arrange for a pickup of your item. Once your product has been verified, a store-credit will be issued for you to make a purchase of your replacement item.
