In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, exchange/return period has been extended to 60 days until further notice.

What’s your exchange policy, is it free?

Your first exchange is free! Our free exchange window is 30 days from the ship date (extended to 60 days until further notice). Any returns after this period will not be accepted.

All returned items must be in their original unwashed and unworn condition and must include any original packaging, including all tags and shoe boxes 

When trying on your Anothersole for fit and comfort upon receiving, please make sure to only wear them indoor on a clean floor. If you plan to return them (or think there’s a slight chance you might need to do an exchange), we ask that you refrain from wearing them outside. This eliminates the possibility of dirt, grime, etc. We cannot accept any shoes that have been worn, washed, tarnished or altered in any way.

How do I make an exchange/return? 

Here are two options for your exchange/return:

1) Return for Store Credit/Exchange

Visit our Return Portal to process your return. You will receive an email with the return label and instructions to arrange with DHL for pick-up/drop-off. We will send you an email when your return is approved.

In this email, you will receive the store credit with the full value of the items returned. You can use this store credit immediately upon receiving to get any of your preferred Anothersole shoes. Yes, shipping is also free for your order made using this store credit.

2) Return for monetary refund

Please reach out to us at customerservice@anothersole.com with your order number and request. We will send you your return label and instruction

The refund value will be the full value of the returned item, less restocking fees (US$30). Please note that any sales taxes or duties paid are non-refundable.

How long is the return/exchange process?

We will process your return/exchange within 24 business hours after receiving your returned items in Singapore. It normally takes 5-7 business days for international parcels to reach back to us.
