我们提供退货退款、免费换货或无限期有效的购物抵用额服务。
请确保退回的商品为未经穿着且保持原始状态(全新状态,标签齐全,鞋子需放回鞋盒中),并在收到商品后的 30 天内完成退货申请。
特价商品和礼品卡不可退货,税费及关税也不予退还。
请务必将商品退回至原配送订单所在的国家。

We offer returns for refunds, free exchange or credits that never expire.
We ask for your returns of unworn item(s) in their original condition (mint condition, tags attached, shoes in shoe boxes) within 30 days of receipt.
Final sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
Taxes and duties are not refundable.
Please only return from the country to which your order was originally delivered.
For promotional orders with specific return policies, the specified terms & conditions prevail.

Step 1: You need your ORDER ID and the email used to make your purchase. (Order ID example: #INTL34567)
Step 2: You will receive an email with your return label within 3-5 working days.
Step 3: Place the items in the additional polymailer provided. Attach the return label to the polymailer.
Step 4: Drop off the parcel at your nearest USPS Post Office.
Once your parcel has been received, we will issue you a NEVER EXPIRING store credit to make your next purchase.

How do I find my Order ID?
Your Order ID is prominently displayed when you first made a purchase with us. You will have received an email from “INTL Anothersole” with the subject “Order #INTLXXXXX Confirmed”.
How do I track my parcel?
Each label has a unique code at the bottom of the label that looks like the following: “9400 1000 0000 0000 0000 00”. Use this code on USPS.com to track your parcel’s delivery progress to us.

If the purchase hasn’t worked out, we ask you'd assume the responsibility of sending your items to our address below for monetary refunds. (As a small privately owned brand we do not have the economies to absorb this at this point in time.)

A full monetary refund will be issued to the original payment mode after we receive your items in Singapore within 30 days.
Remember to email us the tracking details here along with your order number after you have successfully sent out the parcel.
Alternatively, get prepaid shipping labels from DHL at a discounted rate for $19.00 USD for the first item and $9.00 USD for each subsequent item. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund value.
You can drop off your parcel at any DHL locations or request for pickups.
Head to our return portal here and select “Drop off at DHL Express locations”. The pre-paid returns label will be emailed to you after your returns request is successfully submitted.
