You may wear hidden socks with your shoes to help absorb moisture.
If you feel it's sticky when you wear them, it's time for a clean. You may choose to apply some talcum powder inside the shoes.

Don'ts

The footbed is made of rPET but you can wipe it down as well. Please do so as our feet can sweat a lot!
We know you will love the sandals but please give them the day off to allow them to air out. Like us, our shoes need tender loving care too.
Never use artificial heat or direct sunlight to hasten the drying process as it may damage the leather.
Never machine wash your shoes but if it does get wet in the rain, pat it dry with a soft cloth and allow it to dry naturally.

Shoes are lovely and the footbed is supportive in all the right places. Wished that the front part of the shoe is a bit structured - profile didn’t really look good on people with narrow but large feet. The sleek fit makes me look I’m wearing some kind of medieval shoes. Otherwise they’re great, just not the best look for people with feet like mine.

My Luisa II is very comfy, the leather is soft but sturdy. I also loved the insoles as they allow for easy washing and is easily taken out if you choose to replace it with other prescribed foot orthosis.

I have raised a ticket with the customer service. They co e up with one word replies like "weird" regarding the shipping status. I didn't get a refund though I requested it. So my experience has been bad and I do not want ever to buy from this company.

These shoes were all I'd hoped for - instantly comfortable and dressy enough to use for work. I have already used them for walking medium distances and have found them great. I sized up slightly so I could use them in cooler temps with socks.

I had already bought a pair of shoes a couple of years ago in Singapore and I loved them, unfortunately I found that the shoes I just received have a higher heel to ankle height, I mean the shoes go up higher to the ankle and that was the only difference and unfortunately I didn't like them as much. Maybe it has to do with the model or have they simply changed the design of all of them in the last 3 years?? In that case, the previous design suited me better!

This is my 4th pair and I absolutely love them. They look so good and are soft soft and comfortable, you can wear them all day straight out of the box.

Great fit and comfort

I like the lightweight design and most specially the added cushion - sole portion of the footbed. I could only wish this cushy layer is present for the toes too. Over all, I love the comfort, was able to walk for hours with no pain.

Unsuccessful

The shoes are beautifully soft but I found the insole uncomfortable so I bought some different insoles, without success. The shoe on one foot kept slipping off my heel so I'm afraid I've given up. I think they are just too flat for me. Sadly too late to get a refund.
