What is your return policy and money back guarantee?
If your shoes aren’t the right fit, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
Returns can be sent back using your own tracked shipping, or via our discounted return label (USD $19 per order, deducted from refund).
Are returns free?
Returns are free, but return shipping is at your own cost.
We offer prepaid shipping labels from DHL at discounted rates: $19.00 USD for the first item and $9.00 USD for each additional item. This cost will be deducted from your refund.
You can drop off your parcel at any DHL location or request a pickup.
Visit our return portal here and select "Drop off at DHL Express locations". Your prepaid return label will be emailed to you once your return request is confirmed.

Why is there a return label fee?
International return shipping can be costly. To keep our prices fair while still offering a 30-day money-back guarantee, we subsidize return shipping by providing discounted return labels.
Refund covers the full product value. Only the discounted return label fee is deducted if you choose to use our label service.
How do I start a return?
You can exchange your items for a different size or style as long as they are not FINAL SALE items.
Step 1: You need your ORDER ID and the email used to make your purchase. (Order ID example: #INTL34567) to initiate a return or exchange. To initiate an exchange, click HERE.
Step 2: You will receive an email with your return label within the same day.
Step 3: Place the items in the additional poly mailer provided. Attach the return label to the poly mailer.
Step 4: Drop off the parcel at your nearest DHL Drop-off location. You may also contact DHL to arrange pick-up.
Once your parcel has been received by warehouse, we will issue you a NEVER EXPIRING store credit to make your next purchase.
How do I find my Order ID?
Your Order ID is prominently displayed when you first made a purchase with us. You will have received an email from “INTL Anothersole” with the subject “Order #INTLXXXXX Confirmed”.
How do I track my parcel?
Each label has a unique code at the bottom of the label that looks like the following: “61 6189 9052”. Use this airway bill number on DHL.com to track your parcel’s delivery progress to us.

What is your exchange policy?
We provide a free 1st exchange. *Subsequent exchanges will incur additional charges of $19.00 USD for the first item and $9.00 USD for each additional item.

How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.
Never-expire store credits
If you choose store credits, you'll receive an email with a store code for the full value of your returned item(s). This means you can exchange for an item of equal price at no extra cost. For higher-priced items, you'll only need to pay the difference.
What items can’t be returned?
We can’t accept returns for:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Items that show signs of wear or damage, or are missing original packaging
