Where do you ship and how much is shipping?

We offer free shipping to major cities in the world on all eligible orders.

If you do not see a shipping option for your country during checkout, please email us at intl@anothersole.com.

When will my order arrive?

We use SKYNET Worldwide Express for door to door deliveries worldwide. SKYNET's global teams ensure fast delivery with end-to-end tracking and customs clearance. It usually will take 3-7 business days to deliver from our warehouse In Singapore.

Important Shipping Update (Last updated on April 14th):
We want to keep you informed about a delay affecting shipments routed through Singapore (SIN) to the EU.

Due to ongoing flight cancellations and cargo offloading linked to the current geopolitical situation in the Middle East, some flights along our SIN–London (LHR)–EU lane have been disrupted. Affected shipments, which were expected to move from April 14th, are currently held while our logistics partner works to secure space on the earliest available flight.

We expect some delays and will provide a revised timeline as soon as we have one confirmed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. You can also log in to your account anytime to check the status of your order.

Can you deliver to P.O. boxes?

Unfortunately, we're unable to ship to P.O. boxes, military or protected areas. We offer door-to-door deliveries only to an office/residential address.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us right away at intl@anothersole.com. Once it’s been processed, we’re unable to update the address.

Do I have to pay duties & taxes on my order?

Depending on your location, import duties and taxes may apply when your order arrives. For select countries, you can prepay duties at checkout for added convenience.

Can I request for a tax refund?

Taxes and duties are not refundable as there are 3rd party costs involved.

Does my order come with a guaranteed delivery date?

We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times. Our deliveries operate Monday through Friday, 9 am to 7 pm, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery dates are approximations only and may be affected by custom processing delays, shipping restrictions, payment verification, security checks, and product availability.

As a fraud prevention measure, we conduct online security checks to protect your account and payment information. We may request additional documentation to verify your order. During this process, your delivery may be delayed while we complete our security review.

Should I be present to receive my delivery?

We recommend receiving your parcel in person to minimize the risk of loss or theft. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for parcels left unattended.

What if my parcel is lost or damaged?

Once your order is delivered to your address, it's considered complete. Anothersole is not responsible for lost packages after delivery confirmation. Please make sure someone is available to receive your parcel.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us at intl@anothersole.com with your order details. We'll investigate with the courier and resolve the issue for you.

How is a failed delivery processed?

Our delivery agents make up to two delivery attempts. If the first attempt fails, the agent will contact you using the phone number provided to schedule a second delivery. If your parcel remains undelivered after both attempts, it will be held at a Post Office or designated pick-up point as arranged with the courier, or returned to Anothersole.
