Sizing & Fit
1. What size should I buy?
Our shoes are made in a standard fit and have been worn by hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide. The Anytime Flats are designed to feel snug at first. Due to the tapered front, you may notice slight tightness across the forefoot—especially if you have wider or fuller feet. This is normal.
The unlined leather softens and stretches quickly for a custom fit. When trying them on, ensure there is about one finger’s width of toe room. The laces can be adjusted for comfort.
Please refer to the product details and size chart on each product page for US and EU equivalents. If you have wider feet, we recommend sizing up. The fit should not feel loose, as the leather will stretch with wear.
If you’re unsure, contact us for sizing advice. Eligible purchases may be exchanged if the fit isn’t right.
2. Can Anothersole help with my foot issues?
The Anytime Flats are soft, flexible, and designed to move naturally with your feet. They feature a single layer of soft leather stitched to a flexible rubber sole, with a footbed that includes a raised arch and cushioned heel made from antibacterial, high-density open-cell foam.
Many customers with flat feet, plantar fasciitis, or foot fatigue from long hours of standing have reported improved comfort. However, we recommend seeking professional advice for specific medical conditions.
The Anytime Flats are not suitable for those with rolling ankles, as they do not have a firm heel counter. We are also unable to provide guidance for adapting our shoes to custom orthotics.
3. Will the shoes cause abrasion or blisters at first?
Most customers enjoy a comfortable first wear, but every foot is different. Variations in width, toe shape, and foot volume may cause some initial chafing for certain wearers.
We recommend wearing the shoes for shorter periods at first to allow the leather to adapt. You may also wax friction points to reduce abrasion. The unlined leather will stretch and mold to your feet over time. This is not considered a defect.
Please reach out if you need further assistance.
4. Will the outline of my toes be visible?
Yes—and by design. The Anytime Flats are made with a single layer of premium leather, allowing the shoes to feel soft and flexible, like gloves for your feet.
Some customers—especially those with broader or fuller feet—may notice the outline of their toes at first. This is normal and becomes less noticeable as the leather stretches and adapts. Many customers with bunions appreciate how the leather stretches comfortably without pressure.
This signature look is part of what makes Anothersole both comfortable and elegant.
5. Will the same size fit differently in different materials?
Yes. Softer, thinner leathers (such as goat leather) may feel different at first compared to thicker leathers (such as milled bovine leather). This affects the initial feel, not the length.
As long as the length is correct and there is adequate toe room, the leather will stretch and adapt with wear.
6. Should I wear socks with Anothersole's shoes?
Yes. We recommend wearing dark-colored no-show socks, especially with darker shoes. Some color transfer may occur during initial wears or when shoes are wet. This will lessen over time.
Wearing socks helps absorb moisture, improves hygiene, and prevents dye transfer to your feet.
Product
1. Will my shoes look exactly like the photos online?
Leather is a natural material, and no two pairs are exactly alike. Variations in grain, texture, tone, and natural markings are normal characteristics—not defects. Differences in lighting, photography, and screen settings may also cause slight color variations between the product and what you see online.
2. Do you provide repair service?
We do not provide repair service. Email us or live chat with us if you need some advice.

No. Items in your cart are not reserved and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
