你們使用哪家快遞服務?
Which courier do you use?

我們採用 DHL Express 提供全球門到門配送服務。DHL Express 的全球團隊確保快速送達,並提供全程追蹤及海關清關服務。一般配送時間為 2-5 個工作日。從我們新加坡總部發貨,貨件最快 3 天內送達加州,悉尼更可在出貨後 24 小時內送達!

備註:DHL 需要您的聯絡電話,因此我們在結帳時會要求您提供此資訊。

We use DHL Express for door to door deliveries worldwide. DHL Express Global teams ensure fast delivery with end-to-end tracking and customs clearance. It usually will take 2-5 working days to deliver. From our base In Singapore, shipments can reach California within 3 days and Sydney within 24 hours of dispatch!

P.S. DHL requires your phone number, which is why we request it during checkout.

你們能配送至郵政信箱嗎?Can you deliver to P.O. boxes?

我的訂單何時會送達?

Not for now. We offer door-to-door deliveries only to an office/residential address.

When will my order arrive?

Most DHL shipments should arrive within 3-5 business days after sending. Orders placed before 2 PM Singapore time will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 2 PM on Friday will be considered a Monday order. We don't ship on weekends or public holidays.

Do I have to pay duties & taxes on my order?

Depending on where you live, you may have to pay import duties and taxes when your order arrives in your country.

Note - there’s no tax for orders under USD800 for the USA and GST is absorbed for Australian orders.

我可以申請退稅嗎?Can I request for a tax refund?

我們不提供購買商品的退稅服務。

We do not accept tax refunds for purchases made at Anothersole.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your parcel is packed. You can track your parcel here.

我需要親自簽收包裹嗎?
Should I be present to receive my delivery?

我們建議您親自簽收包裹,以避免包裹遺失或被盜的風險。對於此類情況,我們將無法承擔責任。

We recommend you elect to receive your parcel in person to prevent the risk of loss or theft of which we are not responsible.

我的訂單有保證的送達日期嗎?
Does my order come with a guaranteed delivery date?

我們的配送時間為週一至週五,上午 9 點至晚上 7 點,週末及公共假期除外。

請注意,預計的送達日期僅供參考,實際時間可能因海關延誤、運送限制、付款授權、線上安全檢查及庫存狀況而有所變動。

線上安全檢查 是防範信用卡詐欺交易的預防措施,旨在保護顧客免受未經授權的交易和詐騙行為影響。我們可能會要求提供額外的資訊或文件進行付款驗證。在此情況下,您的訂單可能會因安全檢查而有所延遲。

Deliveries are made on Monday - Friday between 9 am - 7 pm, except for weekends and holidays.

Please note that the expected delivery date is at best our approximation and can vary due to custom delays, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, online security checks, and stock availability.

Online security check is a preventive measure against credit card fraud transactions. It aims to protect our customers from unauthorized and fraudulent dealings. We may request for additional information and documents for payment verification. In such cases, your order may be delayed for security checks.

如果我拒收包裹呢?What if I reject the shipment?

若出貨後您決定取消訂單,您可以在包裹送達時拒收,並通知我們。我們將在扣除運費及退回包裹的運費後,退還剩餘金額。

若因買家未能支付關稅或稅金而導致配送失敗,訂單將被取消。我們將在扣除來回運費及 USD 10 手續費後,退還剩餘金額。

If your order is already shipped before you want to cancel, you can reject the shipment when it arrives and let us know. We will refund you the order amount after reducing any shipping cost including the extra shipping cost for return shipment.

Any unsuccessful delivery attempts due to buyers failing to settle customs duties and taxes will be canceled and refunded after subtracting the costs for round-trip shipment and USD10 handling fee.

包裹遺失或失竊?
Stolen or missing parcel?

一旦訂單配送至您提供的地址並顯示已送達,即視為交易完成。若包裹在已提供送達證明的情況下遺失,Anothersole 概不負責。請確保有人能夠代為簽收包裹。

Once the order has been delivered to your given address, it is considered as fulfilled. Anothersole shall not be held responsible for any lost orders after goods have been delivered with proof of delivery. Please ensure someone is there to receive the package.

我可以更改配送地址嗎?
Can I change my shipping address?

包裹從我們的倉庫發貨後,配送地址將無法更改。

We cannot change the address after the parcel departs from our warehouse.

配送失敗後會如何處理?
How is a failed delivery processed?

我們的物流配送人員通常會嘗試送貨兩次。如果第一次配送未成功,配送人員將透過您所提供的聯絡電話與收件人聯繫,安排第二次配送。若收件人在兩次配送嘗試後仍未能成功收貨,包裹將被退回至 Anothersole。

Most of our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. If the first round of delivery is unsuccessful, the agent will contact the recipient using the given contact number for a second delivery. If the recipients fail to receive the parcel after the first to delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to Anothersole.

有無法配送的地區嗎?Are there any restricted areas you do not ship to?

我們無法配送至郵政信箱、軍事或受保護的地區。此外,我們也無法配送至非毗鄰州/領地或離岸島嶼(例如:馬紹爾群島、加那利群島、聖馬丁、法屬圭亞那等)。 若因配送至這些受限地區而導致配送失敗,相關的額外運費將由您承擔。

We are unable to ship to PO box, military or protected areas. We are also unable to ship to any non contiguous states/territories or offshore Islands. (e.g Marshall Island, Canary Islands, Saint Martin, French Guiana etc). Shipping surcharges for failed deliveries to any such restricted areas will be borne by you.
