USA Returns & Refund Policy

For USA Orders

Exchange  
Items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery provided that the items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered  and still have their tags intact. To begin, please click here. (here is linked) to intlreturn.anothersole.com 

Step 1: Register your return on our return dashboard. You will require your ORDER ID (example: #INTL34567) and the email you used to make your purchase.  

Step 2: You will be required to fill up all the fields in the steps along the way through the return dashboard. Please note that some reasons require an image to be uploaded. 

Step 3: Once you have entered all your details, allow us 1 working day to approve your request if your return is eligible. Once approved, you will be notified by email and a label will be sent to your email. Look for an email from Anothersole Returns. 

Step 4: Wrap the product carefully to avoid any damage to the product. Attach the label to the packaging.  

Step 5: Drop off the parcel at your nearest USPS Post Office. If you wish to track the parcel you may do so here. https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input Your tracking code looks like the following “9400 1000 0000 0000 0000 00”. 

Step 6: Once your parcel has been received, we will issue you a store credit to amek your next purchase. 

How do I find my Order ID? 

Your Order ID is prominently displayed when you first made a purchase with us. You will have received an email from “INTL Anothersole” with the subject “Order #INTLXXXXX Confirmed”. 

How do I track my parcel? 

Each label has a unique code at the bottom of the label that looks like the following: “9400 1000 0000 0000 0000 00”. Use this code on USPS.com to track your parcel’s delivery progress to us.

Refund  

If you would like to make a return, provided that the return is within 30 days of delivery, a charge of $9.90 applies that will be charged against the refund amount that will be made to your original payment method.
