Our signature flats have a narrower fit compared to other flats. To find the right size, we highly recommend following the steps below.
1. Measure your feet
- What you need: marker, paper & ruler
- Place the back of your foot against a wall on level ground, while stepping on a piece of paper.
- Make 4 markings (shown by the red dotted lines) at the longest and widest points of your feet.
- Measure the length (A to B) and width (C to D) of your feet.

2. Select your size
- Using these measurements, find the US / EU size that matches the length and width of your feet.
- If your length and width measurements correspond to the same shoe size, congrats - you got your size!
- If your length and width measurements correspond to different shoe sizes, opt for the bigger size.

Additional pointers:
- There are slight size variances between styles. Stella runs large so size down if you're purchasing this style.
- The first try of our shoes should feel snug. This is the desired initial fit because as our shoes will expand after 2 to 3 wears.
- Our shoes will feel different depending on the exact type of leather they are made of. If you purchase two styles of the same size and they feel different on first wear, do not be alarmed. You did not purchase the wrong size. Again, the leather will warm up to your feet for the perfect fit.

The Anytime Flats are designed with a sleek tapered silhouette that fits very differently from most bulky sneakers.
Choose 1 size larger than your sneakers (i.e. Vans, Nike or Adidas) for The Anytime Flats if your feet are broader and fuller in girth.
If the initial wear feels a bit snug, be assured that our leathers will stretch to fit with each wear like a pair of leather gloves. Buying a larger size may result the shoe slipping off at the back upon stretching.

Tape down an A4 paper against a flat wall. Step on the paper with the heel gently pressed against the wall.
Mark the tip of the foot with a flat ruler or needle on the paper. (Using a pen or pencil adds to the distance due to its girth.)
Mark the widest point of your foot as well. Just an indentation or scratching mark on paper.
Step away and see the markings on the paper. Trace the markings with a pen.
Using a ruler, Measure the distance from end to end for length. Then measure the distance from end to end for width.

We only use LWG-certified leathers, from manufacturers who adopt environmentally friendly waste management practices. Plus, our footbed lining, inner shoe lining, shoe laces and backstrap are woven using rPET material from recycled plastic bottles. To reduce the plastic content in our kicks, 20% of our signature footbed is also made from castor bean oil.

What’s the difference between The Anytime Flats and the 247 Sneakers?
The 247 Sneaker is a sturdier pair of street-style casual shoes that’s luxuriously padded to be more comfortable, more supportive and more durable than your average sneaker.
While both are made from the quality leathers we’re known and loved for, and fitted with our signature ergonomic sports footbeds, they’re completely different styles. Both deserve a place in your shoe-drobe!
What’s so special about the 247 Sneakers?
The 247s are also a highly sustainable pair of shoes. The leathers are sourced from Leather Working Group (LWG) gold-certified suppliers; linings and laces are made from recycled plastic bottles; and 20% of the footbeds are made from plants. It’s purpose and function in one good pair.
Do you offer returns and exchanges?
If I buy during the pre-sale, when will I receive my shoes?
As there are limited stocks in our first bath of 247 Sneakers and styles might not come back, we highly recommend you sure your 247s during pre-launch. If there are sizing issues, you have 30-days from receiving your shoes to exchange them for any item. Happy Shopping!

I was so excited when these sneakers launched. I love my flats and these were the next to add to my collection of favourite shoes. I ordered the mono white and the white passion. Love them both! These sneakers are super comfortable. No break in needed. I ordered the same size I wear in the flats. They are true to size. Laces are a bit long, but easy to adjust with a little creative lacing. You won’t be disappointed!

Overall style was what I was looking for - simple clean cut white sneakers that are durable and comfortable at the same time. Quality is great as well. Good to know it's for a good cause and made of sustainable materials. Packaging and storage is commendable as well, it comes with its own travel dust bag and the box is sturdy as well.

DHL is not a user friendly delivery company in the USA. I would consider trying again, but I’m afraid of shipping and being charged for something that was shipped wrong.
